A published report Thursday said that the only card key used to get into the room of a slain Florida businessman belonged to his wife. Ben Novack Jr. was found dead Sunday morning at the Hilton Rye Town. Authorities say Novack was staying at the hotel during a conference he organized for Amway Global. A law enforcement source also told The Journal News that surveillance video captured at the hotel is inconclusive. Novack's wife has not been named as a suspect in his death.
