Police in Haverstraw are investigating shots that were fired outside a multifamily home late Sunday night.
Police rushed to respond to the quiet neighborhood after gunfire erupted outside the home on East Railroad Avenue.
Authorities tell News 12 that two men were shot there. A 19-year-old was rushed to Westchester Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
The other victim, a 23-year-old man, drove himself to Nyack Hospital and was subsequently released.
Police say they don't know what precipitated the shooting and that they are still interviewing witnesses, adding a number of people were in the area when the shots were fired around 10 p.m.
The incident came on the heels of two shootings in Rockland last weekend.
