(01/10/06) MT. KISCO ? MTA police arrested a Mount Kisco man Tuesday and accused him of shoving his teenage ex-girlfriend onto train tracks.
Police say 26-year-old Charles Allen pushed his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend onto the tracks at the Mount Kisco Train Station Saturday. According to police, the altercation stemmed from the couple?s breakup last month. The teen?s friends, who say they witnessed the event, took the girl to the hospital and notified her family.
The teen luckily only suffered bumps, bruises and a minor fracture. Allen is charged with second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. Police believe Allen, who is being held without bail, may face charges with other police departments.
