A Port Jervis man is accused of selling heroin.

Police say a monthlong investigation in the area of Jersey Avenue led them to Richard Mclntuff.

They say the 28-year-old had 10 individual packets of a heroin-fentanyl mixture on him at the time of his arrest.

Another 170 packets were found at his home, along with a quantity of cash, according to police.

Mclntuff was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail.
