in a car crash Tuesday night on State Route 22 in the Town of Dover.
According to police, a
Pawling man was traveling north when he crossed into the southbound lane and
crashed into a vehicle heading south.
David Elwell, 51, was
pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle suffered injuries
that were not considered life-threatening.
