Police: No new leads in socialite murder case
The murder of North Salem socialite Lois Colley remains unsolved.
Colley, whose husband Eugene owns a number of McDonald's franchises, was found murdered at her estate on Titicus Road last month.
Officials have not yet made any arrests, leaving some of Colley's neighbors in fear.
"Just kind of more aware of what's going on around the neighborhood. You know keeping your eye out for each other and being neighborly," said Janet Fisher, a native to the town.
In a written statement this morning, state police said that they still don't know who killed Colley, but they are continuing to aggressively investigate.
New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
