Police say they found the body of a man behind a Larchmont church on Sunday.
The body was found at Saints John and Paul Parish around 7 a.m.
While police have not released many details about their investigation, they do not suspect foul play.
The man's identify has not been released by police, but parishioners say he was an elderly member of the parish named Henry Malgrande.
Friends say Malgrande was a widow who lived alone in a home on Forest Avenue, and that Sunday was his wedding anniversary.
Details on his funeral arrangements have yet not been released.
