A 27-year-old man was shot twice in the chest Friday night inside an apartment in New Rochelle.
Officials say they found the victim after 8 p.m. inside the apartment on Union Avenue. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say it was not a random act and that the suspect and victim knew each other. No arrests have been made yet.
