A man is dead following a shooting early Sunday morning.
Police say 28-year-old Jorge Reyes-Romero was shot in the chest in front of 2311 Crotona Ave. at around 1 a.m.
It occurred across the street from the victim's home, located at 2318 Crotona Ave.
Reyes-Romero was transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
