Police: Man had bundle of heroin coming out of hat at traffic stop

A man from Paramus has been arrested and charged after getting pulled over – with a bundle of heroin coming out of the brim of his hat, police say.

A man from Paramus has been arrested and charged after getting pulled over – with a bundle of heroin coming out of the brim of his hat, police say.   
According to police, William Warren was pulled over Sunday around 6:50 p.m. on East 18th Street in Paterson.
Police say after the officer pulled him over driving a blue Ford Escape, he saw a bundle of heroin coming out of the brim of his hat.      

Officers found more than a dozen envelopes of heroin and 28 vials of crack cocaine in the vehicle.
Warren was booked with multiple drug charges.
