Police have arrested a man accused of calling in a threat to a testing site in White Plains.

Police have arrested a man accused of calling in a threat to a testing site in White Plains. 
Pedro Cheng, 54, is accused of making the threat against the RHP Reality building on Huguenot Street on Monday.
That's where the state Health Department set up its coronavirus testing command post. 
Cheng is now facing a felony charge of making a terroristic threat.
