Police: Child taken from New Rochelle home
Police say a Mount Vernon man was arrested after he allegedly abducted his girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter. Authorities say the child was taken Monday from an apartment at 18 May St. in New Rochelle.

Police say a Mount Vernon man was arrested after he allegedly abducted his girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter.
Authorities say the child was taken Monday from an apartment at 18 May St. in New Rochelle. Police say the man also sexually abused, beat and tied up his girlfriend before taking the child.
The 2-year-old child was reunited with her mother after the suspect was arrested. Police say he has a prior record.
