The Clarkstown Police Department says they have arrested a 24-year-old man from Delaware in connection to the shooting death of a West Nyack car dealership owner.
"He treated people with the most, utmost respect, like kings and queens," says Eddie Lopez who owns Top Tier Detailing next door to Joseph's shop.
Police say the shooting occurred after an altercation with a customer.
Eric Hue Ross, Jr., of Wilmington, Delaware, was taken into custody at a home in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, after a five-day investigation.
Police have not said what charges Ross will be facing when he is extradited back to New York.
The Clarkstown Police Department is scheduled to hold a news conference at police headquarters on Thursday at 11 a.m. with more details on the investigation.
