Officers say it happened on Palisade Avenue and New School Street after 2 p.m. Sunday.
Yonkers police say one man suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder and the other man was shot in the arm.
Residents told News 12 violence like this happens too frequently in the area.
Authorities say the victims are expected to recover.
Police have not confirmed if they have anyone in custody.
