A White Plains homeowner says she spotted burglars inside of her house on her surveillance cameras while she was away.

10h agoA White Plains homeowner says she spotted burglars inside of her house on her surveillance cameras while she was away.
Police say they caught two men running out the back of the homeowner house in the Fisher Hill area and was able to recover the stolen items.
Police say the two men have been charged and arraigned in city court.
