Crews are getting ready for the 15th annual Pleasantville Music Festival which kicks off Saturday at Parkway Field.
Bruce Figler, the festival director, says the event is perfect for fans of ‘90s music.
“We've got Everclear, Soul Asylum, Matthew Sweet, Aimee Mann, the list goes on and on,” says Figler.
There are also some local bands that residents are sure to enjoy, such as Swahoogie – which was founded by Ossining High School teacher Thomas “Zeke” Krouskoff.
He says the band is super excited about playing in their own backyard.
"Our guitarist and I grew up together in White Plains High School, Tommy from Harrison, our bass player lives in Rye Brook, the drummer Bruce [lives] right here in Pleasantville," he told News 12. “We’re ready.”
News 12 meteorologists are expecting a blazing sun and temperatures at 90 degrees, so bring water and sunscreen.
The music begins at noon.
