12h agoA Pleasant Valley man accused of raping a child is now behind bars.
New York State Police took 49-year-old Sean Kelly into custody on Wednesday.
They say he had intercourse with a child he knew that was under 15 years old, and then again when the victim was under 17.
Kelly was arraigned in town court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000.
