Pelham Manor man busted in alleged teen booze party
Three teens face charges Monday after police say they busted a Pelham Manor drinking party that sent teens scrambling from the law.
Police say they arrived at 107 Witherbee Ave. Saturday night where they found more than 30 teens chugging alcohol on the lawn and in the house. Authorities say the teens scattered, tossing beer cans and causing chaos. However, three of the suspects were caught. They include two 17-year-olds and 18-year-old Michael Horvath, who lives at the house. Horvath was charged with endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly supplying the booze. Horvath's parents do not face charges since their son is an adult.
Horvath will be arraigned Thursday, March 29.
