A Peekskill building was evacuated after the roof caved in early Thursday morning.
Emergency workers responded to 11 North Division St. at about 2:30 a.m. after heavy rains broke through the roof.
No one was injured, but emergency officials say three people have been displaced. The Red Cross and emergency services set up shelter for the building's tenants at a local hotel.
