12h agoPolice say the 21-year-old woman who was hit and killed by a car in Clarkstown Thursday has been identified.
Officials say the victim is Keptia Fara Brutus, from Spring Valley.
Police say she was hit while crossing Route 304 by Clearview Road in New City just after 5 p.m.
She was taken to Westchester Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
News12 was told that the driver stopped at the scene.
No charges will be filed.
