Some Rockland residents are angry after they say a local mansion has turned into a party house for rent.
Fed up neighbors in Pearl River say a multimillion-dollar home on O'Grady Court is hosting weekly X-rated parties.
They say everything from bachelor parties to music video shoots with scantily clad women have made their way into the home on their block.
Orangetown officials say the neighborhood isn't zoned for commercial events, and that a case will likely be heading to court in the next few weeks.
