Pathmark pharmacists in Westchester, state back on job after sickout
Pharmacists at Pathmark stores in Westchester and across the state are back on the job after staging a sickout. Customers were relieved to be able to pick up their medication Tuesday, one day after pharmacists decided not to go to work. According to Pathmark officials, the sickout was due to an ongoing contract dispute between the pharmacists and Pathmark. Customers in the area who need their medication daily say they are worried this may happen again. Pathmark said if another sickout were to take place, customers should call Pathmark headquarters for assistance. The union representing the pharmacists has no comment regarding the sickout.Related Info:Pathmark Headquarters - (732) 499-3500
