Authorities said Cardona allegedly lured an 11-year-old girl into a vehicle and exposed himself to her in August. He also allegedly lured two girls, ages 11 and 13, into a vehicle earlier this month.
If convicted on all count, he faces a maximum of 25 years in prison.
