A piece of the old Tappan Zee Bridge is making its way down the Hudson River.
Many people say they spotted a barge carrying a section of the old span near the Statue of Liberty.
It is being hauled away to be taken apart for salvage material.
The bridge will be recycled as part of the state's largest artificial reef program.
