Pace University among colleges hit with federal lawsuit from students seeking refunds

The lawsuits maintain that students who enrolled in regular classes should get at least partial refunds because they are not getting the education and services they paid for.

Students across the country are now suing several colleges, including Pace University in White Plains, because of the coronavirus.
Pace, as well as Columbia and LIU, are named in the federal lawsuits.
The lawsuits maintain that students who enrolled in regular classes should get at least partial refunds because they are not getting the education and services they paid for. 
Classes moved online for the rest of the Spring semester because of the pandemic.
