Members of an Ossining church gave back to the community Saturday.

Among the numerous givebacks from the Bethlehem Baptist Church were providing free laundry service, free bus passes, $10 in gas and help at a local thrift store and charity.

Reverend Shaun Ellison Jones says the initiative was part of a countywide outreach called Be the Church Day.

"To be the church really means helping my brother, my sister, my neighbor, whether I know you or not," Jones says.
