An Orange County community is mourning the loss of a local coach and teacher after he was killed in a New Year's Day crash.
Chris Page was a high school English teacher at James O'Neill High School in Highland Falls. He also coached the junior varsity football team. 
Police say the 27-year-old died after his car slammed into a utility pole on Route 300 in Newburgh on Monday.
The school says its offering grief counselors to the students during this difficult time.
