An Orange County man is dead after an accident in West Nyack on Wedensday.
Police say they arrived on a crash scene near Route 59 around 5 p.m. and found downed power lines on a dump truck -- and on the ground.
They say the driver, Richard Croll, from Westtown, was unconscious and later pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Croll did not pass away from electrocution, but an unknown medical issue.
