Many in Orange County are remembering the legacy of a woman who gave back so much to her community.
Officials announced Wednesday that Frederica Warner died earlier this week at the age of 101.
Warner founded "Meals on Wheels Greater Newburgh" in 1972.
She also worked closely with Habitat for Humanity and was involved in other local charities.
County Executive Steven Neuhaus says Warner was "well respected by those she worked with, those she helped, and those whose lives she touched."
