Open Enrollment for the Affordable Care Act starts Nov. 1, and some critics say President Donald Trump is trying to sabotage former President Barack Obama's signature policy accomplishment with a host of changes.
The nearly 186,000 “Obamacare” enrollees in Westchester will face higher premiums for the most popular plans, a shorter window in which to sign up, less time to access the federal exchange's website and reduced federal funding for enrollment assistance.

Enrollment for the health plan known locally as the New York State of Health runs through Dec. 15.
