One of Westchester's leading philanthropists has died.
Donald Cecil was a retired Wall Street executive.
He and his late wife Jane founded the Jandon Foundation, which awards the Jandon Scholarships.
For over 20 years, the scholarships have allowed underprivileged students to attend college.
Cecil was 93 years old.
