More than three dozen children have died nationwide amid the worst flu outbreak in nearly a decade.
Dr. Paul Sasso, an assistant emergency physician at St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, says this year's flu isn't going away anytime soon.
"Right now we are in peak season," he says.
Although Sasso says flu cases in Yonkers haven't been as severe yet this year, he still recommends that everyone get the flu shot. He says it is never too late.
