Emergency crews rushed to a deserted building after it collapsed Sunday.
Authorities say Newburgh City workers discovered the partial collapse late Sunday afternoon.
The building served as an old well pump house for a former clothing factory nearby.
It is located on Winser Avenue, south of Broadway, and has been abandoned for decades.
Crews roped off the site with yellow caution tape after the collapse.
There were no injuries.
