Officials say a fourth victim has died following a van crash earlier this month near New Hempstead Road in Ramapo.
They have not released the latest victim's name or age.
As News 12 has previously reported, Tzipora Deutsch, from New Square, 42-year-old Robert Deutsch and 22-year-old Shloma Binhack were also killed two weeks ago when the van they were riding in slammed into a tree.
Seven others were hurt.
