Of the nearly 149,000 test results to come back Saturday, 2,255 were positive. In addition, 17 deaths were also reported.
Meanwhile, the world has just hit another grim milestone in the coronavirus pandemic.
The globe reached 1.2 million deaths worldwide this morning.
More than 230,000 of those deaths were in the U.S.
There are more than 46.5 million confirmed COVID-19 cases worldwide.
