Friday was the deadline day for schools that had not submitted their reopening plans for in-person learning to the state.
The original deadline was July 31.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office saiid 107 districts did not submit on time, including some districts in Westchester and the Hudson Valley.
News 12 is told some districts disagreed saying they did, in fact, submit their plans, but the process led to some confusion.
Gov. Cuomo has said if districts don't comply, they will not be able to provide in-person learning.
