The New York Liberty will have their home opener tonight at the Westchester County Center in White Plains.
The WNBA team made their move from Madison Square Garden to the County Center, which holds a little over 3,000 people.
Head coach of the club Katie Smith says the team is excited to play in the new arena.
"We're pumped to go out and compete," Smith said. "We're going to put on a great show for those who come out and excited to gain some new fans but also hope a lot of old ones keep coming."
The Liberty will be facing the defending WNBA champions Minnesota Lynx.
