More than half a dozen priests from Westchester and the Hudson Valley have been accused of sexual misconduct.
The Archdiocese of New York released the names of 120 clerics accused of child sex abuse or possession of child pornography Friday.
Cardinal Timothy Dolan says the clerics on the list "betrayed the trust placed in them by God and by the faithful."
Some priests on the list include:
  • Arthur Manzione, a former Deacon removed from St. Anthony of Padua Parish in West Harrison
  • Father Gennaro Gentile, the former pastor at Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton-on-Hudson
  • Former Monsignor John O'Keefe of Stepinac High School in White Plains and St. Margaret of Antioch Parish in Pearl River
  • Father Anthony Giuliano, who reportedly assisted parishes in Suffern, Mount Vernon and Yonkers
  • Former Bronxville priest Thomas Kreiser, who was accused of inappropriately touching a 10-year-old girl last September at the Church of Saint Joseph elementary school
Lawyer Jeff Anderson, who represents sexual abuse survivors, says the Archdiocese isn't being totally transparent.
"They release a list of names of 120, what Cardinal Timothy Dolan calls credibly accused offenders…We know and believe there are twice or three times that number," says Anderson.
He claims more pressure needs to be put on the Archdiocese.
Cardinal Dolan says not a single priest or deacon currently part of the New York Archdiocese has had a credible complaint of child sex abuse made against them.
