Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco is expected to open up a field hospital to take excess coronavirus patients.
The expansion will give the facility room for an extra 30-40 patients.
The field hospital is scheduled to be up and running on Saturday.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo has asked hospitals to increase bed capacity by 50% with the goal of increasing it to 100%.
