A North Carolina man was sentenced to 25 years for an armed Yonkers home invasion back in 2018.

Confessor Soto was found guilty of assault, burglary, attempted robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

Soto was caught on camera attempting to break into a home with a semi-automatic handgun.

Officials say he restrained the 82-year-old homeowner and fired his gun - grazing the head of the homeowner's daughter - before fleeing to the Bronx.
