Police in Ossining arrested a New Jersey man who they say traveled for a second time to met a teenage boy he met on the Internet.
Police nabbed 47-year-old Ramon Tierras at the Ossining train station. They say the sting operation was set up with the help of the 15-year-old boy who says Tierras sexually assaulted him at the teenager's home in early May. Police say Tierras met the boy on a Spanish Web site where people rate how attractive others are and arrange to meet.
Tierras is charged with sexual misconduct and endangering a minor. Police have confiscated his computer and will look through it to see if there are any more victims.
