A special honor has been bestowed on one of News 12's own.
News 12 senior investigative reporter Tara Rosenblum received the 2020 Spirit of Compassion award for spearheading work that has changed lives in the region.
THE RDC Center for Counseling and Human Development honored Tara and the i-Team for its ongoing COVID-19 coverage helping residents get through the pandemic, and also for the award-winning "Hate at Home" series documenting hate incidents in the Hudson Valley.
