1,458ds agoNews 12 is offering a behind-the-scenes look at how an Orange County restaurant is preparing to open under Phase 2.
Billy Joe's Ribworks in Newburgh says it is excited to be back in business.
"We have such a beautiful space to socially distance and let people enjoy the beautiful weather, let people enjoy the good food," says Jonathan Gatsi, of Billy Joe's Ribworks.
The restaurant says there will be a limited menu, but they are doing the best they can to reopen as smoothly and safely as possible.
There will be sneeze guards around the bars and hand sanitizer stations available.
Staff will wear masks and customers will too when they are not at their table.
While restaurants have the green light to reopen for outdoor seating Tuesday, Billy Joe's will be back in business on Thursday.
