News 12 Meteorologist Joe Rao can now add "author" to his impressive resume.
Rao has penned a children's book called "The Cool Story Behind Snow."
Last night, the weather maven was signing copies at the Barnes and Noble bookstore on Central Avenue in Yonkers, and says he hopes the book will inspire kids to learn more about their environment. "That is what the book is tailored to. For kids of that age and who knows, they may want to find out more and we may have a future meteorologist with News 12 in 20 to 25 years!"
"The Cool Story Behind Snow" is now available in bookstores throughout the tri-state area.
