A cash reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in a homicide back in July.

The suspect is described to be a man between the ages of 16
and 18.
Newburgh police say he shot the victim twice in front of
his home and attempted to shoot a witness that was leaving the area.
Police say another man named Perry Gumbs was also on
the scene.
Both of their whereabouts are unknown
