Residents of a New Rochelle apartment building say they haven't had heat for days and are afraid it could affect their health.
The tenants of 49 Fifth St. say the building's 12 units are without heat and that their landlord, Anthony Marciano, has been unresponsive to their complaints.
Marciano told News 12 Westchester that he is working feverishly to resolve the problem. He says he plans to visit the building Wednesday evening and hopes to have the heat back on before his tenants go to bed.
