New Rochelle officer pleads not guilty to vehicular manslaughter
A New Rochelle police officer pleaded not guilty Thursday to first-degree vehicular manslaughter.
Harry Kyreakedes is accused of drunken driving in the January crash that killed Isaac Ward.
Kyreakedes was off duty when police say he crashed the car into a tree off Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains, killing his passenger and friend.
Police say Kyreakedes was nearly three times the legal alcohol limit.

Kyreakedes was released from jail on $50,000 bail.
