Neighbors fed up with 'wild' Pearl River mansion
Residents of a typically quiet neighborhood in Pearl River say they are fed up with a mansion often used for photo shoots and raucous parties.
Sports cars, women posing in bikinis and wild, sometimes X-rated parties are just some of what residents describe seeing at the multimillion-dollar mansion, located at 7 O'Grady Court.
The mansion is rented out multiple times a week for everything from bachelor parties to music video shoots.
Donald Brenner is a neighbor and local attorney who is representing another fed-up resident. He says that the parties have gotten so out of hand that he has called the police a couple of times.
Neighbors say the partying has on occasion spilled out of the mansion, with bikini-clad women posing on cars in front of other homes.
News 12 attempted to speak to the mansion's owner, Gevork Khrimian, who reportedly lives in Suffern. A man who said he was Khrimian's brother answered the door, and first claimed that Khrimian wasn't home, but then said he lives elsewhere.
Orangetown plans to take Khrimian to court, because officials say the property is being used for commercial purposes even though it's zoned residential. Officials say they expect the case to go before a judge in the next few weeks.
