Nassau to reveal plan for restarting 'high-risk' HS sports

Nassau County high school coaches and athletes are due to get guidelines Wednesday for restarting "high-risk" sports.
County Executive Laura Curran will hold a news conference Wednesday morning outlining the plan.
It comes after school officials met with the Department of Health Tuesday.
It's currently unclear if testing athletes will be mandatory. Suffolk's restart plan mandates weekly testing.
The winter season begins Monday. "High-risk" sports include basketball, wrestling and competitive cheer.
