A virtual party is scheduled for tonight in Mount Vernon as the city tries to ramp up its 2020 Census response.
City officials are hosting the first Club Census Party from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. tonight on Facebook Live.
This week will feature Mount Vernon native DJ Scottie G.
As of last week, Mount Vernon had the lowest response rate in Westchester County.
They say the city stands to lose $800 million in funding over the next 10 years if undercounted again.
The deadline to fill out the census has been extended to August 14.
